Questions about this list

Is this an official government list?
No. administrator.uk is a free, independent service. We compile UK liquidations from public filings and refresh this page every day, newest first.
How often is this page updated?
Every day. A company appears here as soon as its liquidation is recorded in public filings, usually within a day of the appointment.
What does it mean when a company enters liquidation?
Liquidation is the process of winding a company up: a licensed insolvency practitioner sells off its assets, settles what it can with creditors in legal order, and the company is then dissolved. Unlike administration, the aim is to close the company, not rescue it.
Can I see liquidations in my town or sector?
Yes. Every company here is grouped by sector above, and you can browse the full list by town from the companies in liquidation hub.
