1. Who we are

administrator.uk is operated by S5 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16842049), with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU ("we", "us", "our"). We are the data controller for personal data processed through this service.

  • Account data: your name, email address, and hashed password when you create an account.
  • Billing data: your payment details are collected and stored by Stripe. We store only your Stripe customer ID and subscription status.
  • Alert preferences: the companies you get alerts on and any SIC codes or webhook URLs you configure for notifications.
  • Usage data: server logs including IP addresses, request paths, and timestamps, retained for up to 30 days.

  • To provide and operate the administrator.uk service.
  • To send you alert notifications and transactional emails (account setup, security notices).
  • To process payments via Stripe.
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We process your personal data on the following bases under UK GDPR:

The insolvency and company data displayed on administrator.uk is drawn entirely from the UK public register. This data is publicly available and we do not collect or store personal data about company officers beyond what the public register itself publishes.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. On account deletion we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records for 6 years).
