We make the UK insolvency register legible.

administrator.uk publishes UK company insolvency facts from the public record, and emails you the day anything moves on a customer or supplier you watch.

What we do

Public-record facts, in a form a creditor can use.

Thousands of UK insolvency notices, appointments, charges, director changes and name changes appear on the public record every week. They are public, but they are not easy to monitor.

administrator.uk pulls those filings the moment they appear, normalises them into per-company pages, and sends a short email to people watching a given company when something material happens. We do not republish opinion or commentary. The page is the public record, with a clear timestamp and a link back to source.

Who it's for

People who lose money when a customer goes under.

  • Small-business owners who can't absorb a bad debt and need to know early.
  • Trade creditors and suppliers monitoring counterparties.
  • Lenders and asset finance teams tracking secured exposure.
  • Insolvency practitioners and restructuring lawyers monitoring appointment activity.
  • Private equity and distressed-debt investors sourcing opportunities.
What we don't do

No predictions. No verdicts. No private enrichment.

  • No "likely to fail" risk scores on any public page.
  • No unproven allegations — winding-up petitions and Notices of Intention stay private, surfaced only to subscribers watching a counterparty.
  • No personal data beyond what the public register itself publishes.
  • No speculation about cause. We report the filings, not interpretive narratives.

See our corrections policy for how pages update when a company is rescued, dissolved, or otherwise changes status.

The data

All from the UK public record.

Company filings, officer information, charges, persons with significant control, full filing history, and insolvency notices all come from the UK public record. We do not create or modify the data — everything you see is on the public record and links back to its source. Underlying public-sector information is licensed under the Open Government Licence v3.0.
