1. Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Administrator.uk (the "Service"), operated by S5 Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16842049), with its registered office at 20 Wenlock Road, London, N1 7GU ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Service

Administrator.uk provides access to real-time and historical UK corporate insolvency data sourced from Companies House, together with alerting and notification tools. The data is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or investment advice.

3. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account or allow others to access the Service using your credentials.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

4. Subscription and billing

  • The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing is as displayed on the pricing page at the time of subscription.
  • A 7-day free trial is available to new subscribers. No charge is made until the trial period ends.
  • You may cancel at any time before the trial ends without charge, via your account settings.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled.
  • All prices are in GBP and exclusive of VAT where applicable.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to:

  • Systematically extract or scrape data for redistribution or resale.
  • Harass, harm, or discriminate against individuals whose data appears in public filings.
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Attempt to circumvent any security or access controls.

6. Data accuracy

All data is sourced directly from Companies House. We make no representations about its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for business decisions.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, S5 Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Intellectual property

The Administrator.uk platform, branding, and software are owned by S5 Ltd. The underlying Companies House data is Crown copyright and subject to the Open Government Licence v3.0.

9. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time with reasonable notice, or immediately where you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to access the Service ceases.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
