All data is drawn from the UK public register. We make no representations about its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You should independently verify any information before relying on it for business decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, S5 Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.
The administrator.uk platform, branding, and software are owned by S5 Ltd. The underlying public-sector data is Crown copyright and subject to the Open Government Licence v3.0.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via account settings. We may suspend or terminate the Service at any time with reasonable notice, or immediately where you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to access the Service ceases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
